Director S.S. Rajamouli’s son Karthikeya is all set to marry Jagapathi Babu’s (JB) elder brother Ram Prasad’s daughter Pooja.
The engagement ceremony which was held recently was a private affair, with only close family members and friends in attendance. Incidentally, Karthikeya worked as an assistant director in Baahubali and as a line producer in Naga Chaitanya-starrer Yudham Sharanam.
“Yesss!! Very excited to dive into this new phase of my life with the love of my life! Pooja (sic),” tweeted Karthikeya about his marriage.
His bride-to-be, JB’s niece Pooja Prasad is a singer who has a few devotional CDs to her credit. Interestingly, Sushmita Sen had attended as the chief guest when her devotional music album was released some years ago.
Meanwhile, the actor’s elder brother Ram Prasad runs his own business and is not connected to films.
The marriage is scheduled to take place in December this year, says a source.
