Director A. Karunakaran, who is known for his romantic dramas, has made a comeback after a four-year gap to direct Sai Dharam Tej in a film called Tej I Love You. The film is set to be released at the end of the month.
The director’s last hit, Darling, released in 2010. Since then, he has been struggling to deliver his magic touch. Talking about his upcoming project, Karunakaran says, “This is my 10th film. It’s a cute love story, a family entertainer.”
The director is all praise for his lead actor, Sai Dharam Tej. “I started my career by directing Pawan Kalyan for the film Tholi Prema. Now, I am directing Sai Dharam Tej. I am confident that the film has shaped up nicely and I am sure that it will enthrall everyone just as my debut film did,” he says.
Tej I Love You has been produced by K.S. Rama Rao. It stars Anupama Parameshwaran as the female lead.
