Anil Kapoor who won over television audience with his character of Jai Singh Rathod in 24, is at it again. This time, the actor is upping the stakes by taking on more challenging stunts. What’s more, the actor has denied help from a body double while indulging in the high-octane sequences.
A source close to Anil reveals, “While performing a high octane action sequence for the series, the actor has refused to use a body double as Anil wanted to perform that particular sequence himself. He assured the director and stunt co-ordinator that he will do the stunt accurately.”
The last season of the show saw Anil saving the life of the future Prime Minister and in the second season he will have a responsibility to protect the nation. Sikander Kher and Ritu Shivpuri will be seen playing grey shade role in the series.
