Director Suni of the Simple Aagi Ondh Love Story fame is back with his fourth directorial, and this time, he is on a special operation. The trailer of his upcoming venture – Operation Alamelamma starring Shraddha Srinath, Manish Rishi and others was recently released. Judah Sandy has composed the music for this Simple Suni operation which revolves around the characters Purmy, teacher Ananya and Alamelamma.
Mahendar’s Kaurava is back
Challenging Star Darshan released the audio of the film Once More Kaurava which marks the comeback of director S Mahendar, who had earlier directed one of the most popular hit films Kaurava starring police officer-turned-actor BC Patil. However, Naresh Gowda who is one of the producers of this latest tale of Kaurava plays the lead role along with Anusha. Sridhar Sambhram has composed music for this one.
Film on Ramanujacharya
After Kabira and Sri Allama Prabhu, another movie based on the life of a social reformer is set to hit the screens soon. This time, the reputed film director who has so far directed at least 100 films in a career spanning over 25 years, will be seen portraying the life of 10th Century social reformer Sri Ramanujacharya, in a film directed by Ravi. The director with the help of Dr P Ramajuna, a scholar, has helped the film team in bringing to life the great scholar on the big screen.
