The well-known pianist, performer and composer Stephen Devassy, who is known for his vibrant music, will perform at Kumbanad in Kochi in December. He will be performing with his band Solid Band in the programme Everglow '17 to raise fund for cancer patients in Kerala.
Stephen, who has carved a niche for himself through his distinctive style, is known for his electric live performance with keyboard. In Kumbanad too, he will go live.
Stephen is credited with a record number of performances. He has covered around 2,000 stages in 60 countries. He has also explored various styles like classical, blues, classic rock, jazz, carnatic and world music fusion.
He got his career break when he was 18 through Johny Sagarika. He did music orchestration of six songs in his album Ishtamanu. He has recently performed in the popular Kapil Sharma show with the Colonial Cousins.
