Manoj K. Jayan is not in a hurry. He prefers to pick and choose his roles and then deliver them with finesse. The actor will be seen playing the central character in the upcoming film Vishamavrutham directed by Biju C. Kannan. The rest of the cast include Iniya, Bhagyalakshmi, Irshad, Anoop Chandran and Kalabhavan Rehman among others.
Manoj was last seen in My Story, where he played a filmmaker who gives a break to the lead character played by Prithviraj. The last time he played the lead was in 2015 – in Nemom Pushparaj’s Kukkiliyar and Farook Abdulrahiman’s Kaliyachan, the roles which had fetched Manoj a lot of appreciation.
