Lalu Alex
After a bit of a gap, Lalu Alex will be seen alongside Mammootty, with whom he has shared screen space in many movies before. Lalu will play the role of a panchayat president in Mammootty-starrer Kuttanadan Blog, produced by Shantha Muralidharan.
Written and directed by Sethu, the shooting of the movie will take place in Alappuzha. Other cast members include Lakshmi Rai and Anu Sithara. He is also said to be playing a role in another Mammootty movie Parole. Lalu Alex, who began his career as a supporting actor in 1978 with the movie Ee Gaanam Marakkumo, was last seen in Akashavani.
