Namita Pramod gets candid about her upcoming projects

It's hard not to love Namita Pramod; her doe eyes, wide smile and earnest dialogue delivery has made her an instant favourite amongst movie buffs. Last seen in the hit Adi Kapyare Koota Mani whose unexpected twist had everyone talking in 2015.The news is that she has been picked by veter “Yes, it's true I have been approached for the Tamil remake of the movie. Talks are on currently; I am sorting out dates. I feel good about the project so far, I haven't signed it yet,” she says.

Namita was also part of Dileep and Kavya's US tour. “I just got back home three days ago. Both Dileep and Kavya are good friends. The entire crew Meenakshi, Nadirshah and his family was there. It was more like going on a long trip with friends.” Her kitty is currently full of different projects. “I just wrapped up my work for Role Models. Dubbing is going on.” Namita plays the female lead Shreya opposite Fahad Faasil. “I am an adventure sport trainer in the movie. The story is set in Goa and revolves around various phases of an individual's life.” “Apart from that, I am part of Kammara Sambhavam and Professor Dinkan. Kammara Sambhavam directed by Murali Gopy is a historical movie. I share screen with Dileep and Siddharth.”

Giving a sneak-peek into the movie she says, “It happens in the 40's, where there was a lot of unrest in the society. I cannot divulge anything else about the movie or my role since it is all interconnected.” She will be seen opposite Dileep in Professor Dinkan as well. “It is a 3D movie. The technical team behind Endhiran will be working on it. It is not a theme that we would come across normally. The rest of the shoot will commence after August.” She was also part of two Telugu movies. Speaking about working in Tollywood she says, “Soon after Adi Kapyare, I worked in two Telugu projects, one has been released and another will release by the end of this month. It was fun working there; language was the only problem initially, but after a while it is fine. I can understand Telugu now."an director Priyadarshan for his Tamil remake of last year's Malayalam hit, Maheshinte Prathikaram.
