It was through the Mamootty-Dileep starrer Kammath and Kammath that the national award winning actor Dhanush made his maiden presence in Malayalam film industry. He appeared in a guest role in the film.
Three months ago, the Malayali film buffs came to know that he is coming back to Malayalam in the role of a producer, with a Tovino Thomas-film directed by newcomer Arun Dominic.
Now, the talk of the town is that Dhanush is bankrolling yet another Malayalam film. Debutant Arungeorge K. David’s Ladoo is Dhanush’s new production venture in M’town. “Ladoo will be produced by Mini Studio, presented by Dhanush,” said Arungeorge on Facebook.
Shabareesh Varma, Balu Varghese, Vinay Forrt and Saju Navodaya are the main actors in the film, which has music composed by Rajesh Murugesan after the super duper hit Premam. Theeram fame Gautham Sanker will crank the camera.
