When the movie Premam starring Nivin Pauly hit the theatres in 2015, it turned out to be an instant success. Director Alphonse Puthran established his presence in the Malayalam film industry with the film that narrated three phases of a man's life. Now, the director is back with another Malayalam project titled Thobama. However, he is not wielding the megaphone this time.
He will be bankrolling for the film directed by debutant Mohsin Kassim. Alphonse has revealed the first look of the movie on his Facebook account. The movie, said to be an entertainer, will have Siju Wilson, Krishna Shankar and Sharaf U Dheen in lead roles. According to reports, the female lead will be a newbie. Written by T.V. Aswathy and the Mohsin Kassim, the music of Thobama is by Rajesh Murugesan.
