A death hoax that claimed actor Sanusha had met with a fatal car accident went viral on social media and messaging sites, prompting frantic enquries from her well wishers, friends and family members. Turns out that it was another death hoax that celebrities are increasingly falling prey to. Not willing to take things lying down, reports suggest that Sanusha and her father will be approaching the Cyber Cell in Kannur to take legal action against the perpetrators of this news. Earlier Salim Kumar, Mamu Koya, the late actor Jishnu and Jagathy Sreekumar had also found themselves the victims of fake death news.
