“The teaser is devoid of dialogues, but it somehow speaks for itself, overflowing with love, affection and kindness,” remarked Vijay Sethupathi after launching the teaser of Halitha Shameem’s Sillu Karupatti (of Poovarasampati Pee Pee fame) along with Arya recently. Sillu… an anthology, which has four stories and the characters are connected in some of the most unlikely places.
Reacting to Makkal Selvan’s comments Halitha replied, “Thanks Anna, I am keen to screen this film to you soon.”
Arya took to his twitter handle and wrote, “Congrats to the super talented @halithashameem and team. I am sure this is gonna be a great films. #Sillukaruppati teaser @TheSunainaa and @thondankani superb chemistry.”
Halitha in turn responded to Arya as, “Thank you so much!! Thanks for everything! Right from introducing me to these amazing people @PushkarGayatri , you’ve always done the best for me!”
The ensemble cast for the various stories includes Samuthirakani , Sunaina, Leela Samson, Kravmaga Sreeram, Sara Arjun, Manikandan, Nivethaa Satish and Rahul.
