Following the trend of short filmmakers trying their hands at full-length feature films, is yet another newbie, R. Sivaraj. Just like how Arun Kumar made his short film Pannayaarum Padminiyum into a full-length feature film, Sivaraj is all set to make his short film, En Anbirkku Uriyavale, into a feature titled Kadhal Kan Kattudhe. “I made my short film in Kovai and it went viral.
The responses were amazing. With my entire team, including the hero KG, I have made it into a full-length film, titled Kadhal Kan Kattudhe. It is a beautiful love story with a realistic touch. The heroine, Atulya, will play the role of a press reporter, who handles situations sensibly without sensationalising them,” Sivaraj claims.
There’s no villain as such in the film as only circumstances create predicaments. The entire story of KKK takes place in Kovai and the director says it has been shot in locations which have been hitherto untouched by filmmakers.
