Tamannaah, who was recently in the city to promote her recently released film Dharmadurai, made headlines because of a baseless rumour. There were several reports about the Thozha actress making her Malayalam debut with Kammarasambhavam alongside Siddharth and Dileep. The false message irked the actress, who then took to Twitter to clear the air.
A tweet regarding her Malayalam debut by a popular online portal clearly did not go down well with her. Tamannaah wrote, “This news has been doin the rounds, and it’s absolutely false. Check your facts before putting up stuff. When I sign a new film, I will tweet abt it . (sic)”
When DC contacted her mother Rajani Bhatia, she stated, “As Tamannaah said, the news is absolutely false. In fact, she was not even approached by the makers of the Malayalam film. As of now, she will be concentrating on films in Tamil, Telugu, and Hindi.” The Paiyaa actress currently has the trilingual film, Devi(l), Baahubali: The Conclusion, and Kathi Sandai in the works.
