Sivakarthikeyan, who has collaborated with Anirudh and given a few chartbuster albums, has changed track and is now teaming up with Oscar and Grammy winner AR Rahman for the first time for his upcoming sci-fi genre. The movie is to be directed by Indru Netru Naalai fame R.Ravikumar, according to producer Raja of 24 A.M Studios who made the news official.
The production house has posted on their social media handle as follows. "On this special day, we take immense pleasure to announce that AR Rahman, the world musical hero who is making Tamilians and Tamil songs proud at world Arena would be scoring music for Sivakarthikeyan's next film in Ravikumar's direction. #2019Release"
