Raai Laxmi has signed a horror fantasy thriller interestingly titled Cinderella. Directed by Vino Venkatesh, a former assistant of SJ Suryah, the leggy actress will not have a romantic pair in it.
Talking about his film, Vino says, “This is not a usual horror comedy that you come across every now and then in Tamil cinema. It is visually presented in a different manner. The screenplay is such that the entire family will love the film, especially the kids. The title is the attraction to many.”He went on to add, “After being impressed with the title, Raai Laxmi gave us time to narrate the script. The story takes place in the city and part of it happens in a forest area. We are figuring out virgin locations for the dense forests portions. The film revolves around three major characters.” Meanwhile, Raai Laxmi has signed yet another cop film (after playing an undercover cop in a Telugu movie) in Kannada, which is titled Jhansi.
