Krishna Pandi, a former assistant of Maghizh Tirumeni turns independent with a romantic thriller laced with suspense. Titled Embiraan, the one film old actor Rajith Menon and Kannada girl Radhika Preethi play the lead pair around whom the story revolves. Veteran Mouli will be seen in a key character.
According to the director, Embiraan is a character driven script narrated in a realistic manner and hence he opted for relatively new faces instead of big stars.
The movie has been shot in and around Chennai and Pondicherry. While Prasan Bala is the composer, Kabilan Vairamuthu pens the lyrics.
