After starting his Stone Bench Productions, GenY filmmaker Karthik Subbaraj has been encouraging young talents through his production ventures. Now, he has started an initiative named Stone Bench Indie that would concentrate on production and release of independent movies.
"These movies have already got their presence in various film festivals, both national and international. We want to bring these movies to theatres here to reach wider audiences. This we hope would give a huge boost to independent filmmakers and also give the public at large to watch these good movies on the big screen. We will announce the list soon."
