Arulnithi-Shraddha Srinath's next film title has been revealed. Directed by Bharath Neelakantan, the mystery thriller is intriguingly titled K-13. And the first look released looked interesting. Speaking to DC, Bharath, a former assistant of Arun Vaidyanathan, says, “Yes, we wanted to have a quirky title and from first shot to last shot, there’s an intriguing factor in the film. The audience would feel there’s something more to come even as the film ends.”
So, what does K-13 denote, we ask. “It can be anything a door number or a password or resort (smiles).” After probing a bit, the director opened up his connect with the title. “Yes, I have a personal connect to K-13. It was the door number of my first flat, which I stayed after my marriage. Apparently, the story has a lot to relate to it. We considered lot of Tamil titles as well. The entire team finally opted for this one.”
While Aadhik Ravichandran and Gayathrie Shankar play powerful cameos and has a key scene in the film. Produced by SP Cinemas, Darbuka Siva of Ennai Nokki Paayum Thotta fame is composing the music.
