Jennifer Carpenter, best known for playing Debra Morgan on the drama series Dexter, secretly married Seth Avett – one of the lead singers and founder of the band The Avett Brothers. Jennifer and Seth wed in a secret ceremony over Memorial Day weekend and have kept it under wraps since then. “We can confirm Seth Avett and Jennifer Carpenter were married in North Carolina over Memorial Day weekend,” a representative of The Avett Brothers told etonline.com.
The newly-wed couple had began dating in 2013 after Avett split from his then wife Susan. Jennifer was previously married to her Dexter co-star Micheal C. Hall, and divorced in the year 2013. Jennifer and Seth had their first child together in 2015, when they were dating.
