Alec Baldwin’s video proof for defence

The actor is arguing that his foe lied when he said Alec punched him.

American actor Alec Baldwin was arrested for assault after a parking squabble but cut a deal in January and accepted anger management classes as punishment.

However, in a recent development, Baldwin has video proof to protect himself, reports Tmz.com. The actor is arguing that his foe lied when he said Alec punched him.

Baldwin’s attorneys Luke Nikas and Alex Spiro said there was video surveillance footage proving he didn't punch or even attempt to punch Wojciech Cieszkowski during their quarrel in November, thereby contradicting the man's story.

Instead, Baldwin claims the footage depicts both men standing face-to-face during their argument before Alec lightly “tapped” the other guy’s chest.

Furthermore, Baldwin also claimed that Cieszkowski’s own medical records prove he didn’t suffer any injuries. Apparently, the guy’s doctor recommended that he should only take a single dose of Tylenol.
