For the third time, the Indiana Jones actor was arrested for public drunkenness and misdemeanour.

Once again, Shia Labeuf has been arrested, and for the very same reason as before! The actor was taken into custody for disorderly conduct, obstruction and public drunkenness at 4 am on Saturday morning.
TMZ.com reports that Shia was released from jail a few hours later on a $3,500 bond. The police says that Shia approached someone, asking for a cigarette and when that person refused, the actor started swearing in front of people around, including kids. When he was told to leave, he refused and became aggressive with an officer. When the cop tried to arrest him, Shia ran to a nearby hotel, where he was finally caught and arrested in the lobby, while continuing to be unruly.
