Filmmaker Kevin Smith thanked the Los Angeles Police Department for helping him file a fresh complain against the alleged stalker of his 19-year-old daughter.
According to Fox News, Kevin posted, “Thank you to the @LAPDHollywood. The kid and I went in and filed another complaint and the officers and detectives were very helpful, courteous and understanding. ‘Look for the helpers,’ as Mr. Rogers said his Mom once told him. ‘You will always find people who are helping’ (sic).”
Kevin had earlier complained to social media that the stalker had travelled to their city and had posted a video of himself online, from a corner “frightening close” to their residence.
In an earlier tweet, he had given the description of the stalker who was threatening the Smith family from a long time.
