Shawn Mendes hitched a ride around Los Angeles with James Corden on CBS’ The Late Late Show. Mendes whipped his music catalogue with hits like There is Nothing Holding Me Back, In My Blood, Mercy, Treat You Better, Lost In Japan, reports People.com.
The host, Corden, learnt quite a few surprising facts about Mendes. For starters, Mendes has apparently just moved out of his parents house and his mother still helps him with cooking and cleaning.
It is also rumoured that Mendes is a huge Harry Potter fan. “I have a whole book at home that I wrote all the spells in and stuff,” the singer said. He added that he loves “the magic” of the stories and “the wands and the little weird candies that make you turn into a lion stuff.”
Mendes also gushed about meeting Emma Watson, the reel-life Hermoine. “I was definitely sweating a bit but I think I played it cool,” Mendes told Corden.
