He garnered the number one spot with 340,000 votes. The 32-year-old Dublin-born actor could also be called as the most eligible bachelor in town after he split from his girlfriend last year.
He is also also known to his fans for his roles as Kíli in the three-part fantasy film The Hobbit and John Mitchell in the supernatural drama series Being Human.
Robert Pattinson, Justin Bieber and Harry Styles have each earned a spot on the list. Prince Harry finally made a debut on the list, which is based on reader’s votes. Pattinson, who took the magazine’s top spot in 2012, had to settle in at number eight position.
