'October' will hit the screens on 13th April 2018 and looks like the film is heading for a big box office clash with none other than Rajinikanth.
Apparently, the makers of Rajinikanth and Akshay Kumar’s 2.0 have pulled back their January release and now are planning to release the magnum opus on April 13th, 2018.
Trade analyst, Ramesh Bala shared this news on Twitter. He wrote, “BREAKING : #2Point0 to release on 13 April 2018.”

Well, this box office clash seems to be inevitable as the makers of both films are super confident about their respective films. Varun Dhawan’s October, helmed by Shoojit Sircar, is a dark and gritty drama and Shankar’s 2.0 is sci-fi adventure in which Rajinikanth will be seen opposite Amy Jackson and Akshay Kumar in the role of antagonist. The makers of 2.0 recently held a grand audio launch event in Dubai.
