Adding that perfect piece of jewellery to complement your outfit goes a long way in helping you look your festive best. And this axiom is followed by Karisma Kapoor too, who reveals that it is diamonds she turns too when she wants to add that extra bit of sparkle to her wardrobe.
Sharing some tips she likes to follow when dressing up for a festive occasion, Karisma says, “Every woman loves jewellery and diamonds are a girl’s best friend. I personally don’t like to wear heavy pieces. I think delicate items look more pretty.”
But more than contemporary pieces, the actress says that she is passionate about preserving heirlooms. “The jewellery that my mom gave me, which she wore on her wedding, I think these are the kind of treasures that you really cherish,” she says.
