Gaurav, a die-hard fan of Aryan Khanna, will be shown as the villain in Fan

Mumbai: Shah Rukh Khan established himself as an actor who was loved by everyone despite being a villain in ‘Darr’. The iconic film directed by late Yash Chopra had SRK playing a crazy lover boy. Chasing a girl who loved another man, SRK’s potrayal of the character turned out to be one of the highlights of his career.

Now in his upcoming film 'Fan', directed by Maneesh Sharma, the makers plan to bring out the same essence in Gaurav. Gaurav plays Aryan’s die hard fan in the film but according to reports, he turns obsessive and creates trouble in his idol’s life. Maneesh had planned this much in advance before the film went on floors.

Shah Rukh plays himself and Gaurav, a double role and according to him it has been very challenging.

The much-awaited trailer of the film will be released today. YRF will unveil the trailer amidst thousands of SRK fans who will also get to see the star live.
