Alaudin Khilji Ranveer Singh as an alcoholic? Unlikely to happen because of this

Mumbai: He is the pure depiction of a crazy and evil person Alaudin Khilji in ‘Padmaavat’, who eats chicken in a wild manner, but Ranveer Singh reportedly can’t be an alcoholic.

According to a report on DNA, Ranveer was offered the role of an alcoholic, but the report also stated that he had to let go of the role because he is not an alcoholic and method acting will not work for the movie.

But his fans do not need to fret, as the actor has interesting roles up his sleeve as a rapper in ‘Gully Boy’, a fun cop in ‘Simmba’ as well as Kapil Dev in ‘83’. Ranveer is also supposedly reprising Abhishek Bachchan’s role in ‘Dhoom: 4’ and will be seen in Shimit Amin’s untitled YRF project next.
