Mumbai: The ‘Pulp Fiction’ star Samuel L Jackson is clearly smitten by Indian boy Sunny Pawar, who, he believes, should have won an Oscar tonight as he is ‘killing it’.

Sunny, who played the role of young Saroo Brierley in the Oscar-nominated film ‘Lion’, has been interviewed by numerous media organisations in the West and is already an internet sensation. After Jimmy Kimmel enacted a scene from ‘Lion King’ with Sunny during the Oscars main event, it was now Samuel L Jackson who showed his love for the boy on social media.

Dev Patel played older Saroo Brierley and was nominated for ‘Best Supporting Actor’ but lost it to Mahershala Ali (Moonlight).
