Rajkummar Rao to romance Sonam Kapoor in her first film with Anil Kapoor?

Rajkummar Rao is on cloud nine and it seems 2018 surely belongs to this man. However as of now Rao is on the road to recovery from his leg injury but seems to have a great line up ahead. After bagging Fanney Khan opposite Aishwarya Rai Bachchan, according to our sources he will be seen in Vidhu Vinod Chopra’s sister Shelly Chopra’s directorial debut project.

“The makers are keen to cast Rajkummar Rao for a prominent role in this film and have already pitched him the idea,” a source revealed. According to the sources Rao would not be playing Sonam’s love interest in the film but it’s a very crucial character in the film. Also reportedly Anil Kapoor and Sonam will be playing reel life father and daughter in the film.
