Sonam Kapoor's Neerja finds another fan in Nobel Prize recipient Malala Yousafzai

One brave heart saw another brave heart's story on the big screen and this gesture overwhelmed Sonam Kapoor.

Mumbai: Sonam Kapoor’s critically acclaimed film ‘Neerja’ is being well received by the audience everywhere. Neerja Bhanot’s inspiring story touched many lives through director Ram Madhvani’s film and now it has found a new fan in Pakistani activist and youngest Nobel Prize recipient Malala Yousafzai.

Malala recently saw ‘Neerja’, which tells the story of Neeraj Bhanot, Pan Am chief purser who was gunned down by terrorists when Flight 73 was hijacked to Karachi in 1986.

One brave heart saw another brave heart’s story on the big screen and this gesture overwhelmed Sonam Kapoor, who received rave reviews for her stellar performance in the film. The actress thanked Malala by saying, Malala said 'I am stronger than fear' and for #Neerja 'fear gave her courage! Thank you #MalalaYousafzai for attending a private screening of #Neerja in London. I’m so glad you liked the film.”

Malala, who was shot by a gunman in 2012, is working hard for women education in Pakistani.
