Is Shirish Kunder's short film Kriti copied from Nepali short film BOB?

Filmmaker Shirish Kunder, who directed 'Kriti' in a short film that stars Manoj Bajpayee, Neha Sharma and Radhika Apte in the leads, recently launched the film online. When asked about the idea for making this short film at the launch event, he said, "Unlike my feature films, Kriti is what I have written and I made it the way I thought. As a digital medium, you don't have to fight with censor. It is more liberal medium. I will surely make more short films along with feature films."

However, one filmmaker named Aneel Neupane is now claiming that Mr. Shirish Kunder practically stole the plot and made it into his film. He shared his concern by posting it on his Facebook post urging people to report ‘Kriti’ on Youtube.
