Shahid Kapoor takes fencing and horse-riding lessons to prep for Padmavati

The actor will be seen alongside Ranveer Singh and Deepika Padukone in the Sanjay Leela Bhansali directorial.
Shahid was last seen in Abhishek Chaubey's 'Udta Punjab'.
Mumbai: Lika true perfectionist, to prep for his role as Raja Rawal Ratan Singh in 'Padmavati'., Shahid Kapoor has been learning fencing and horse-riding, as per reports.
The actor has been doing some strenuous training sessions for the film, being helmed by Sanjay Leela Bhansali.
the film, which stars Deepika Padukone as the eponymous queen, has Ranveer Singh as the antagonist, Alauddin Khilji.
The film, set for a Diwali 2017 release, is said to be being made at a scale grander than SS Rajamouli's 'Baahubali'.
Fans can barely wait to watch Sasha perform, and being the powerhouse talent that he is, nothing less that the extra-ordinary is expected of him.
