Watch: Kahaani 2's Aaur Mai Khush Hoon is cheerful and uplifting

Mumbai: 'Kahaani 2: Durga Rani Singh,' might be a very grim and morbid affair, if one is to go by the trailer, but the songs don't mirror the mood of the film one bit.

The music, composed the very talented and inventive Clinton Cerejo, is extremely fresh and uplifting, and the second song only validates this inference.

'Aaur Mai Khush Hoon,' produced by Clinton, has the very mellifluous Ash King crooning Amitabh Bhattacharya's beautiful lyrics.

Vidya is still dealing with her mysterious life and issues and trying to cope with all the hassles around her. She also has to tend to the little girl with her.

Arjun Rampal, who plays a calculating cop, trying to unravel the mystery surrounding Durga Rani Singh, is different from his usual demeanour.

'Kahaani' put a career too many on a sky high pedestal, including those of Nawazuddin Siddiqui, director Sujoy Ghosh, and even Vidya Balan to a fair extent.

The Sujoy Ghosh directorial is slated to release on December 2.
