Milap Zaveri is back making movies! The writer-director, who gave us Ek Villain, has reunited its actors Sidharth Malhotra and Riteish Deshmukh for his next film. Also added to the cast is Tara Sutaria, of Student of the Year 2. Milap’s new film is titled Marjaavaan and will go on floors next month. The production of the film is on at the moment.
Since bagging this latest film, actor Sidharth Malhotra has found himself swamped with work. Much like his ex-flame Alia Bhatt, who is working day and night — days for Kalank and nights for Brahmastra — on two Karan Johar productions, Sidharth too will have to shuttle between three films.
“On one hand, he has some work left on Jabariya Jodi in terms of dubbing, etc, and on the other, he has to film the Vikram Batra biopic and now Marjaavaan as well. Not many actors today multitask, but then they do not want to let go of plum projects if the makers are willing to shoot different shifts and adjust their shooting dates as well,” informs a source.
