Bollywood badshah Shah Rukh Khan has purchased a swanky new set of wheels. The actor, who recently visited a BMW showroom, had the latest i8 model delivered to his doorstep in Mumbai.
Shah Rukh had his car personally delivered by BMW Navneet Motors director Sharad Kachalia. The actor has now added the i8 series to his collection of super cars that include the Audi A6, Bentley Continental GT and a Rolls Royce Phantom among others.
After posing for photos with the Rs. 2.29 crore car, SRK took it out for a spin around Bandra. A few fans outside his house mistook the star for his son Aryan Khan. On realising that the man behind the wheel was Shah Rukh Khan himself, the fans began cheering and hooting for him.
