The makers of Bigg Boss 13 are not too happy about Salman Khan refusing to host the show post its extension, leading them to hunt for a replacement, which will be announced shortly. While there was a buzz about Salman not hosting all the episodes of the Bigg Boss Season 13, we had told you long back that he was offered to host the extension of the show because the makers and the channel were very happy with the response to it.
But Khan declined because he has a lot of work pending on his Eid release Radhe. The makers tried offering him a fat package for the extension but Bhai does not care about the monies now. “His basic currency is his audience in the theatres and that’s why he declined the extension despite the channel offering him a large remuneration. But the fact is that he was only contracted to host the show for 15 weeks and he will be duly completing his job there. Accusing him of not doing the show now is not right because he is fulfilling what has been written in black and white and he will not like to miss the Eidi he has been giving his fans year after year,” says an industry source.
