Nawazuddin Siddiqui has gone into a fit of depression post memoir row?

All the criticism for his book has left the actor in a state of despair.

Just when everything seemed to be going right for actor Nawazuddin Siddiqui, the release of his autobiography has wrecked his reputation. An Ordinary Life: A memoir, co-authored by Rituparna Chatterjee, has been called thoroughly distasteful by the media as well as readers, which has shaken Nawaz to the core.

With one of the two women in his kiss-and-tell biography sending him a legal notice asking for Rs 2 crore, Nawaz has gone into a fit of depression. A source close to the actor says, “He has been advised by his lawyers and marketing team not to say a word to the media. The excerpts from his book give lurid descriptions about his alleged affairs and have caused his reputation considerable damage. It has also shaken Nawaz’s self-confidence.”
