Mumbai: The news of Anil Kapoor and Madhuri Dixit Nene reuniting on ‘Total Dhamaal’ had already taken us to the ‘90s, and the Mahurat shot on the film’s sets on Tuesday has just been the icing on the cake.
Aamir Khan was the ‘chief guest’ giving the Mahurat shot on the Ajay Devgn starrer, and it was the perfect reunion of the four popular ‘90s stars.
Not just the popular hit pair Anil-Madhuri, even Aamir and Ajay reunited, after working together in ‘Total Dhamaal’ director Indra Kumar’s ‘Ishq’ years back.
Aamir had worked in Madhuri in Indra Kumar’s ‘Dil’ and even his ‘Mann’, and the superstar seems to share a good equation with the director.
Madhuri shared a picture from the event about her feeling of ‘jumping back to the 90s’ and also thanked Aamir for his gesture.
She also shared another lovely photograph with Ajay and Anil and wrote about how she was looking ahead to the ‘fun times.’
Boman Irani and Sanjay Mishra, who are the new entrants to the franchise, were also present on the sets, while Arshad Warsi and Jaaved Jaaferi, who have been retained along with Riteish Deshmukh, and Ashish Chowdhry, were also snapped.
In the latest development, it is being reported that ‘Total Dhamaal’ will clash with Arjun Kapoor-Parineeti Chopra starrer 'Namastey England' on 7 December this year.
