Despite Baar Baar Dekho failure Katrina, Sidharth to reunite for Vikram Batra biopic?

Just a few weeks back Sidharth Malhotra was in news for joining hands with Karan Johar over his ambitious project, a film based on Kargil war hero, Vikram Batra. Since the announcement, makers have been on a lookout for a leading lady. And now we hear that Katrina Kaif has been approached for the same.

“The makers had a meeting with Katrina recently. They are keen to have her on board. Though the actress is yet to sign on the dotted lines,” reveals a source. However, Baar Baar Dekho did bomb at the box office.

Produced by Dharma Productions, the film based on Vikram Batra is said to go on floors soon. The Kargil war hero was posthumously awarded the Param Vir Chakra —India’s highest wartime gallantry award.
