Acting is a difficult art, not sure if I have it in me: Mira Rajput on debut rumours

Mumbai: Shahid Kapoor’s ‘baby wife’, as the actor lovingly calls her, Mira Rajput throws paparazzi into frenzy every time she steps out of her house and even has her own fan accounts on social media. After all, she is stylish, classy and the wife of India’s hottest actor.

Mira, who has stirred rumours of a possible Bollywood debut, addressed the topic in a tell-all interview with a leading entertainment portal. Talking about entering the film industry, Mira said, “Shahid has already answered it now what should I say? However, right now my hands are full and I'm busy with Misha.”

Earlier, Shahid had also talked about these rumours with another leading daily, where he said, “It’s not my decision what Mira does, it’s completely hers. I read something about Mira, so far Misha has not been offered any work and I am happy about that as she is just nine months old. As far as Mira is concerned, she will do what she feels like doing. I don’t need to interfere. She is her own person and takes her own decisions. Whatever she decides to do, I will be supportive and happy.”

Mira, who is an English graduate, finds the art of acting ‘very difficult. She said, “Acting is a very difficult art and I am not sure right now if I have it in me. Currently, my main focus is Misha.”

If anything, the celebrity wife has aced the art of handling paparazzi. Speaking about handling the media attention, Mira revealed, “Earlier it was all new so it was a bit strange when they used to click me all the time, but now I guess I've got used to it since that's something that comes along with being the wife of a movie star, I guess!”

Let’s just hope we will get to see that pretty face on silver screen some day!
