Though from Adilabad, I favour a unified Andhra Pradesh. Politicians from both the regions have hidden agenda. These politicians very well know that a small state cannot prevail upon the Centre. When 36 MPs from united Andhra Pradesh could not impress upon the government, what can smaller states do with their diminished number of MPs. In this scenario, the best solution would be to appoint a Telangana CM for Andhra Pradesh

Your comment here is the first step on the leadership path. These are all the apprehensions created in our minds, not only you there are many with the same doubts. The previous generations had to fight for existence and adjust to the system due to the slavery of several generations but it falls upon the new generations to uplift the status of oneself and also of others by participation and leadership.

Your suggestion of a CM from Telangana in AP was tried many times but failed. P.V. Narasimha Rao was not allowed to function as CM of AP. The same P.V. Narasimha Rao became the PM of India and remained as PM of India for 5 full years in an exemplary way. In fact he is the one who recognised financial expert Dr Manmohan Singh, then RBI Governor, and made him the finance minister. It is during his term that the financial reforms started in India.
M. Chenna Reddy was hailed for his stewardship as Governor at 2 different time sin 2 different states but could be in the position of CM of AP 2 times for less than 2 years twice. Anjaiah as CM of AP was removed before his full term.
Telangana backwardness is not a real one it is engineered with vested interest in 1. Its geographic importance, 2. The city of Hyderabad, 3. Krishna & Godavari waters
4. Cash rich treasury. Have no apprehensions, tell that you are from India and want to revive growth and prosperity of Telangana.
