Sri Lanka win toss, elect to bat against India

Sri Lanka captain Mahela Jayawardene won the toss and elected to bat in the tri-series cricket one-dayer against India here on Tuesday.

India have made two change to the side that beat Australia in their previous match. They have left out opener Virender Sehwag, who has back spasm, to include veteran Sachin Tendulkar.

Irfan Pathan finally gets a game as Zaheer Khan is out due to a right calf injury.

For Sri Lanka, Thisara Perera and Rangana Herath are in replacing Dhammika Prasad and Lahiru Thirimanne.
