Gen X director Sukumar, who is basking in the glory of 100% Love, will soon direct superstar Mahesh Babu.

The producers of Dhookudu have reportedly teamed the actor and director to churn out another blockbuster. “Director Sukumar has come up with an exciting script and we don’t mind spending to make it a winner,” says a source in the production house.

The director who worked has with stars like Allu Arjun in Arya 2 and Ram in Jagadam, will delay his B-town debut since he’s got the chance to work with the reigning star. Will the actor-director duo spin box office magic? We will see soon enough.

RaNa to feature in Krish’s film

Daggubati RaNa will be featuring in a new venture directed by Krish who has films like Vedam and Gamyam to his credit. The other cast is yet to be decided and the film will be produced by Jagarlamudi Saibabu, who produced Gamyam.

RaNa is busy with the shooting of his second film Department in Hindi, which is being directed by Ram Gopal Varma.

His Telugu film, under production Naa Ishtam, is in the final stage. Genelia is playing the female lead role in Naa Istham. The movie is expected to hit the screens in November.
