Actress Sunaina was being projected as the next big thing in Kollywood after she made a stunning entry with Kadhalil Vizhindhen.

However, she failed to live up to expectations through the course of a few films such as,Vamsam and Yadhumagi. However, the tides seem to be turning in her favour.

She has a plethora of offers that promises to keep her busy through the year. She was recently spotted shooting for a rom-com, Mike Set Pandi, which has Sabarish of the Markandeyan fame playing the lead.

Directed by Rasu Madhuravan, the movie is said to be a breezy romantic comedy, a deviation from the filmmaker’s earlier tearjerkers.

“I play a modern girl in Mike Set Pandi and made an attempt at comedy too. The flick offered plenty of scope to prove my acting skills,” says Sunaina.

A custom-made jeep with a mike in the front has been designed for the film, which says the director, plays a character in the movie.

“The ornamental jeep was the talk of Dindugal, where we are presently shooting and some people have even approached me and offered some fancy prices to own it after the shooting is complete,” says Rasu.
