Speaking to reporters, she came down heavily against Telugu Desam president, Mr N. Chandrababu Naidu.

Ms lakshmi Parvathi said that Mr Naidu do not know about the problems of weavers and farmers.

Recalling the efforts of NTR for the uplift of weavers, she blamed Mr Naidu for the crisis, pointing to the promotion of power looms, which hit the livelihood of weavers.

She demanded the government to release the funds for loan waiver to weavers.
