The Met police produced Praveen Reddy’s three flatmates — 25-year-old Amareshwar Arava, 25-year-old Sai Kishore Balguri and 23-year-old Nishanth Puttapaka — at the Thames magistrates’ court in east London late on Monday afternoon. They only spoke to confirm their names, dates of birth and their address and were remanded by district judge Robert Roscoe to the custody.
Their case will now be heard at the Inner London crown court and their hearing has been scheduled for March 2. Meanwhile, Praveen Reddy underwent a major surgery on Tuesday in order to remove blood clots in his lungs “Praveen’s father and his uncle are staying in a hotel and they were not allowed to visit Praveen on Tuesday,” informed the family members here in Hyderabad.
