Even as loyalists of former Chief Minister B.S. Yeddyurappa try their best to get him ‘politically rehabilitated’ through a signature campaign, Chief Minister D.V. Sadananda Gowda has clearly denied any such campaign in the party.

Addressing reporters during his visit to Udupi, Mr Gowda said that there was no campaign in the party.
On the statements made by Nationalist Congress Party(NCP) leaders about former chief minister B.S. Yedyurappa joining their party, Mr Gowda asserted that nobody from BJP would leave the party. “Such invitations keep coming from other parties. Even I have got invitation from others,” he quipped and declared that nobody would leave the BJP.
