Hyderabad: Hyderabad-based Aparna Group plans to build 4.5 million square feet of affordable housing to address the demand, a top official said here on Tuesday.
Speaking to the media, Aparna Group chairman and MD S.S. Reddy said, “We have plans to build around 10 million square feets of project.”
When asked about the breakdown, he said, “Due to recent moves from the government, the company has plans to address the demand for affordable housing.
“Out of the 10 million square feet, we plan to allocate around 4.5 million sqft for affordable housing. The units would be priced between '20 and '45 lakhs.”
